I know nothing about Plumbing! I have just returned from B & B and now my wife thinks I’m a bloody hero. I was helped by a top bloke, who could tell I knew absolutely nothing at all. I handed over my phone so he could see a few photos and a video of my buggered cistern. I was all ready and expecting to part with a wedge of money, but I left with a simple special washer costing under a fiver. In a matter of minutes I have fixed the problem and now I have a super happy wife who thinks I’m a talented tradesman. Excellent service, fantastic knowledge, no over selling and they didn’t make me feel like I was daft. Cheers guys.

Jay had been patient and professional to show me different designs and gave me advice on my small bathroom.

Lee carried out the bathroom fitting for me. He is a trustworthy person and did whatever he promised. He also kept the timeline on track. His work is clean and he is also very helpful to deal with all minor issues.

I have visited B&B today, and man what a service! If I had to look for new place to work, I would def try to join that team.

Faultless service from ordering to delivery. The staff offered good advice on the product we required, they were friendly, but not pushy salespeople. They genuinely care about the customer and these days its so refreshing to find people like that. A courtesy call was made by Jamie prior to delivering the order today and when he brought it, attention was paid to care for our property and the product. Would definitely reccomend this business .

Absolutely brilliant customer advice. We had a leaking shower drain and we wanted to fix it ourselves to save some pennies. Service desk talked us through what replacement was needed, adhesive to seal as well as several other silly questions. All fixed and no leaking. Happy customer and plan to return to upgrade some shower accessories. Thank you, Di and Adam.

This may only be a small independent plumbers merchants but worth its weight in complete Plumbing & Heating gold. Bob in particular has truly remarkable knowledge of the trade making the experience a true delight every time I undertake a visit at Ballcock and Bits.
